Orders & pricing
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price at checkout is what you pay. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced or unavailable.
Shipping
Our products ship from overseas suppliers. Estimated delivery is 7–12 days from order confirmation, shown on every product page and again before payment. Delays can occur with customs or carriers; we'll keep you updated by email.
Returns & refunds
Every order is covered by a 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will issue a full refund of the item price or send a free replacement. Because our products ship directly from overseas suppliers, we generally do not require items to be shipped back to us; we may request a photo to process your claim. Certain higher-value items may be handled case by case — contact us and we'll explain the options. See Help to start a claim.
Reviews
We only publish reviews from verified buyers. We do not edit reviews for tone and do not remove negative reviews that are truthful and non-abusive.
